The current transportation market has been a volatile one over the last two years with tight capacity in many transportation modes and supply chain delays and disruptions.

Red Arrow Logistics Solution

Red Arrow Logistics was able to provide Google with air freight, ocean freight, truckload, and LTL service for this project. This is an ongoing project where our team provides domestic transportation for all marketing-related shipments, including eight new product rollouts to big box retailers such as Lowers, Home Depot, Costco, BJ’s Wholesale, and Sam’s Club. Red Arrow uses a hub/spoke model to ensure timely deliveries and to avoid bottlenecks at LTL cross-docks.

Project Results

By utilizing a truckload to LTL hub network strategy, Red Arrow Logistics was able to bypass multiple bottlenecks, which in turn reduced time in transit as well as touches to the freight. To date, we have executed more than 4,000 store deliveries with a 99% on-time/early rate of success. By using our extensive network of nationwide LTL partners, we are able to source capacity and diversify according to different delivery criteria, inclusive of inside delivery, delivery appointments, to rural and metro areas, etc. Being able to provide a customized delivery solution based on varied factors ensures the success of this project.

International Component

Red Arrow Logistics also provides the reverse logistics process for Pixel phone spare parts which help service Google products worldwide, along with the importation of marketing materials sourced and manufactured overseas. Strategic partnerships with transportation providers enable the company to get the capacity and rates needed to get products into the DFW-based warehouse. From there they are inter-connected with outbound transportation to international destinations like Singapore, the UK, Netherlands, Australia, and the Czech Republic.

This international reverse logistics program is successful due to:
